Hello prospective vendors,
The 2012 Western Days Celebration in Independence, Oregon is scheduled to be held at Riverview Park on July 4 through July 7, 2012 (Wednesday through Saturday). We will be enjoying the spectacular fireworks displays on the nights of July 4th and July 7th.
Preparation for the event will begin with vendor trailer deliveries on Monday July 2nd, and then continuing the following morning, Tuesday July 3rd, with set-up for all booths. The carnival will likely be in operation by 5:00 PM Tuesday evening, and all vendors are invited to open their booths at that time if so desired. While opening booths on Tuesday evening is optional, we will be requiring all booths to be staffed and open for business during the hours listed below.
